Gary Gary I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim. Super nice guy, totally personable and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend this company and JASON KIM as an agent. No wonder they have so many 5-STAR***** ratings!!!!!

R L I called on a whim, but needing new life policies for my husband and I. I reached Mrs. Candi, and what a delight she was. She immediately began working on quotes and stayed on top of the process.
