5 /5 Kern Baker: Service was excellent. Purchased a new car and had to add coverage AND the dealership wanted to see proof of insurance. I called on Friday afternoon and on Saturday, the day I was to pick up the car, the proof of insurance was emailed to me on time! I was able to talk to them and due to a poor cell phone connection, I was able to TEXT them to complete the transaction! Thanks

1 /5 Dennis batista: Had insurance from them for about 5-6 years no complaints 25 bucks a month wasn’t much, got a letter saying monthly was going up to $96, I called to remove full coverage, for a new $12 a month plan, since bike is paid. Ignored my request and charged me $96 dollars after I specifically said I wanted to cancel that policy. Very rude on the phone, keep the $96 and this review, work on your renewal process and make sure people agree before you start quadrupling a monthly payment 5 years after it was agreed upon, without consent, even after I called, no courtesy call, no follow up, nothing.
