The State Farm Agency on Kelly Rd in Mcdonough provided just what we were looking for. Our account representative is Heather Barnes. She was very professional and knowledgeable while providing all our options during our coverage changes. I highly recommend giving this agency a look for all your insurance needs.

1 /5 Xiomi Medina: Save yourself a headache and just go with a different insurance. Staff is unhelpful. I was quoted one price and every month my payment has been different. Some months as much as $100 more. I have had multiple issues with state farm that I have never had with other insurers. Within the first 60 days of starting my policy, my car was damaged by another driver and I filed a claim with the other drivers insurance. Nothing to do with state farm, yet they tried to cancel my policy then made me jump through hoops to stop them from canceling. The staff at Ann Sullivan made it seem like there was nothing they could do. I had to call state farm and a rep had to call them to walk them through it. Fast forward a year, my daughter totaled her car. State farm declared it a total loss 2 months ago yet they never removed the car from my policy. The staff is telling me that the customer has to call to cancel. Why? Why would I want to keep insuring vehicle that I no longer have? Now they are saying I cant remove my daughter from my policy even if shes not driving anymore. I expressed to LeAnn how unsatisfied Ive been with state farm and that I would be looking into leaving state farm entirely and she provided not one ounce of customer service. Customer retention is obviously not a priority with this agency. I will gladly take my business elsewhere

5 /5 Breia Jonas: My agent is Austin and he is amazing. I was dreading switching car insurance, because I had my previous provider for so long. Austin was patient, personable and easy going. He was thorough in his analysis and went above and beyond to make sure we choose what was best for my needs. Overall 10/10 experience, and Austin made that experience.
