I looked into getting a State Farm quote when my policy with my old company went up again, and was expecting to have to deal with a lot of back-and-forth and hassle, as per usual when switching insurance. Within minutes (possibly seconds) of getting the quote and confirming that I did want an agent to contact me, my phone rang and Alexs sweet happy voice was there to fully explain everything and get me squared away. Yesterday morning, I made the decision to look into getting a quote, and now it has been less than 24 hours and the switch is complete. It would have been even less than that, except that I told her that I would need to confirm that my husband was good with everything and get back to her. She made it so painless, was friendly and responsive, and we are extremely happy with the rates. Between home and auto, we are saving over $1,000/year!
