Lorelei Usually have great experiences with this branch, but this time was rather odd. Needed to deposit something so I figured I might as well get my new married name changed since it has been a while since I got married. The lady at the front was super sweet, she said I needed my marriage certificate to get the name change done. Cool, I go and get it and come back. The other lady up front directs me to the people at the desks, like where you open up accounts and everything. Cool. I wait my turn to be called and the lady at the desk says how can I help you, etc. I told her I needed a name change on my account, and she said, contrary to what the first lady up front told me, "I wont need your marriage certificate".. okay, interesting. We sit in silence for about 10 minutes, with her not saying much in between. Then she says "Oh, your husband needs to come in with his un-expired ID." Why? Joint account or not, I was trying to take care of business on my account, and I had all the needed paperwork, so now it is at a halt until we both come back. Kind of ridiculous, you never need an ID unless you are opening an account really, and it should update unexpired IDs automatically, but still have no idea what that has to do with my own account. She didnt even really explain why, it was a very weird vibe.

She had a hand and took care of each part of the process, suggestions before listing, during the waiting process, helping with the ups and downs of finding the perfect buyer, down to closing and so much more. She went above and beyond anyone Ive ever met to make everything smooth for everyone involved. She always answered the phone, always answered any questions we had, and never hesitated to do anything we needed. She worked and showed our home endlessly until she found someone who would love and appreciate it as much as we did. There never was someone as dedicated to making our dreams come true as her. Thank the good Lord above for Jessica Wilson! There will never be another realtor in our eyes!
