Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. INTJ The response from this company is incredibly concerning: We are denying your request because your state of residence does not currently have a privacy law in effect that provides these rights. This essentially translates to, We can get away with doing something wrong because its not actually illegal, which says a lot about their ethics and values. Its alarming to see how they choose to handle private information—not by respecting privacy, but by exploiting the lack of legal protections. It leaves you wondering what they’ll do with your data, and apparently, anything they want as long as it’s not "technically" illegal.
