5 /5 Mike Hadaway: I was in Emergency for several hours. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The doctor explained what was happening and what I could expect. A special compliment to Claudia, the ER Nurse, who was patient and kind. I watched as she treated not only me but others gently and respectfully. I hope I never have to return but if I do I am confident it will be just as memorable.
