Regions Bank - Cordele

dekeria smith I do not recommend this bank to no one. I am an African American woman who has been working for 21 years to build my 401k and this is not the first this has happened to me it has happened before whenever I had deposit $10,000 and when I deposit my $10,000 they add as if by me being black that I didn’t have any money in my account. What’s the purpose of me working? Also, I goes in to do a check that’s under $5000 then they tell me that my check won’t be released up until the 16th. I have bills to pay I have surgery. I gotta have regions is a poor excuse of a bank. Please do not get regions. They would not help you to get you what you need in a timely manner even the branch manager can’t make no decision. I called the one 800 number this morning and they say the branch manager can go ahead and have it released but he’s telling me that he cannot have it released that they gonna be he can’t tell me if it’s gonna be 3 o’clock or not. It may be later when I need my money now, so as of today, I will be closing my account with regions and I hope this reached someone else if they’re trying to deposit checks and regions from 401(k) or whatever I never done fraud in my life why would I start now? Reason is a sorry. Lazy excuse of a bank.
