June Jarrett I switched to Allstate abou a year ago and I’m extremely satisfied, not only are their rates cheaper than any I’ve found their customer service is amazing. Their app is so easy to use and navigate to not only pay your bill but to change coverage or add coverage, it’s so easy. I would recommend Allstate over and over again.

She doesnt just talk to you, she listens, which is rare in this day and time. Shes genuine in finding out what you have and need and is fast in responding. Any time I have had an issue with my home or auto policy, they have always made me feel as if I was their only customer by giving me a quick response and making sure to follow up to see how I’m doing.
