She was very patient and kind and checked on the numerous questions I had. Her response time was always quick. My case was a little unique and she wasn’t afraid to say when she needed to check with upper management about some of my questions. Anna Grace is a personable, friendly agent making her a great representative for State Farm!

1 /5 mister Allen: They denied my claim even though I had tons of proof that was well in the perils of their language. I think they simply just don’t like me. My police report was filed, all my documents prove that I by the law had coverage. They are going against their own policy terms. Once the claims department denied me they act like i don’t even exist anymore. They give me attitude and lie to my face. The front desk lady is so innocent and don’t want to get in the middle of things but she can tell things aren’t okay. I have recorded calls of their own agents in that office saying how State Farm get over on people.. I have all the proof too much to even type
