She quoted me a way lower price than my current insurance and also got me a better price for my homeowners insurance. So it’s a win-win situation. So if there were more stars to give her, I would give her the maximum but Five stars will have to do. Thank you so much, Grace. I appreciate everything that you did. Jessica McDowell Im not sure why they dont have more positive reviews but I have dealt with Jay on several occasions and he has always worked very hard to get me the lowest insurance rates. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable insurance. I have tickets and an accident and my rates have been the lowest. Thanks Jay!!

Gary Gary I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim. Super nice guy, totally personable and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend this company and JASON KIM as an agent. No wonder they have so many 5-STAR***** ratings!!!!!

The service is what used to be the norm between an insurance agent and client but which, sadly, is becoming just that... a "used to be. It thrilled me to find that friendly, personal service again! Brittney Oliver ROBERTO. ROBERTO. ROBERTO!!! In just 10 MINUTES on the phone, he solved what the representatives at Tucker couldnt figure out in over an HOUR. The ones at Tucker really tried to make it seem like it was my fault when THEY messed up the tags. Meanwhile, Roberto pure professionalism. He apologized on their behalf and fixed everything like a pro. If you ever need help, dont waste your time with anyone, else go straight to Roberto!!!
