5 /5 Norman English: I contacted complete with my claim. They said it would take about a week to process. In about three days, I received emails from complete, letting me know the company I had been assigned. That company called and made an appointment to come out the next day. After turning in the results, it was approved. I had to call the company and tell them the claim had been approved. I also had to call the contractors again to set up another appointment, with a project manager, to find out when the work would be done. Complete Insurance did there job, professionally and in a timely manner. The only problem Ive had so far, is with the company I chose to do the work. Ive had to call them three times, since the claim was approved and the payment issued to us.
