Where do I start upon calling for the quote I was told I would be called back after 24 hours I called back for them to give me a tremendously high quote. I paid 2k down payment for commercial insurance and it has been everything but customary since then. When requesting COIs it’s takes 24 hours, reps can be rude and dismissive, and I was told my account would be flagged because I changed my radius once. Find insurance with people who appreciate your business. I called this evening after hours of waiting for an update on my additional insured and was told we get it to you as soon as we can. Go elsewhere you don’t need the derision! When you have an issue they will simply ignore you.
