Mark Sands As far as most insurance companies go, ths is a local office that has very good service. On occasions it may take a while to get in to see your agent. But the ladies at the front desk make the time spent waiting at least somewhat bearable.

Melissa was able to explain to me why I was paying what I was and gave me suggestions on how to lessen my monthly cost. She returned my call when she said she would, I was quite impressed with great service I received.

This was a very simple transaction, and would highly recommend him and his staff to everyone! Angela Kellar Weve been trying to find a new Medicare Agent closer to Toccoa that we actually felt COMFORTABLE with, lo and behold I went to the grocery hstore and there he SAT! Went over had a few words with him and made an appointment! Right off the bat I knew I liked him and my husband would too.
