1 /5 Debra Mittleman: I wish this review would allow me to give zero stars! The broker, Jamil Robertson, is not only arrogant but is also a LIAR! He was always too busy to speak to me directly but would have the receptionist giving quotes and explaining coverage. I was quoted a premium for a property policy and when the policy was cancelled six months in I was only refunded one fourth of my "premium". It turns out the quote for a premium wasnt a premium at all but rather an outrageously high "broker fee" which I was never told about. When I requested the appropriate refund based upon the quoted premium Mr. Robertson would not take my calls. He is a thief and very unethical. Get insurance ANY where else than Unified Insurance and avoid Jamil Robertson like the plague that he is.

5 /5 Stacey Dye: Jamil is wonderful. He makes everything so easy and seamless. I got top rated insurance with Travelers and paid less. That of course also made my house payment go down! Just good all around. He is so responsive to my every need. So glad I found him.

5 /5 Christine Plutschack: Unified really took care of me. Mrs. Patricia, at the front desk, is warm and welcoming the instant you walk through the door. Jamil Robertson really cared about my specific needs and didnt try to sell me something extra. He thoroughly explained my different options and ended up saving me a few a hundred dollars a year. I would highly recommend giving Unified a chance.

4 /5 Mark Koczan: They will shop multiple insurance companies for the best competitive rate to fit your needs. If you are with State Farm. I know they can beat their rate. If you are in the market to economize your budget, I encourage you to cost compare with your current provider.
