5 /5 Michal Morrison: My daughter was involved in a vehicle accident which wasnt her fault. At the time are insurance was State Farm. I filed a claim with State Farm instead of going through the other drivers insurance (Alfa Insurance). State Farms claim department gave us the run around and the wait times by phone were long and miserable. I then decided to have Alpha Insurance take over the claim. They were professional, no wait times, gave us above the estimate damage, and courteous with every phone call. After the claim was finished, we decided to switch insurance companies due to the excellent experience through Alpha. The plus side, Im saving money and more coverage on my house too! I would recommend Alfa Insurance to anyone! Good bye State Farm!!!
