He answered all my questions with integrity and honesty. He informed me about coverage that was inaccurate, not enough coverage ,other options that did not meet my needs or safety with the best coverage with the other company. He navigated me through my new coverage with proper deductibles, better limits of liability. I feel much safer for myself and my family that if I experienced a loss I would be properly compensated.
