He quickly provided all our Georgia and Tennessee insurance documents, including our new cards, binders, and declarations pages. What truly impressed us was his proactive advice on how to potentially waive a $25 insurance lapse fee by showing our TN auto declaration page. He even offered to send the documents directly to the Cobb County Tag Office to make our tag renewal easier. Jims attention to detail and dedication to helping his clients truly set him apart. 5 stars!

Christie Page JJ Puccio has been my State Farm agent for many years now. He has always been timely when responding to any needs and/or requests that I may have. He has also been readily available to meet with me in person when necessary. He has even gone as far as to give me his personal cell phone number in case I need to contact him after-hours. I don’t know how many other agents actually give out their personal cell phone number, but it has been a lifesaver for me as I have contacted him on his personal cell phone many times throughout the years. He has always been respectful of my needs and has never made me feel like I was nuisance when contacting him after hours at his house. This shows that JJ is extremely dedicated to his clients and wants to be available for them at any given time. I have truly appreciated this aspect of his character so much!
