1 /5 Charlie Kirby: Ever since this company was bought out a year ago I have had issues with payments. We had three tow trucks, our quote was 120,000 a year, for full coverage. We put 20,000 down and we have since sold 1 truck 3 months ago, taken off full coverage, and our payments are still 10,000 a month for two trucks without full coverage! We have reached out to our broker, Steve, several times over the last few months and have been told the same thing over and over again! “They are working on it, they have to wait to send in their part of the money so we can get our money back”! None of this makes sense! Any other insurance company, when you drop down in services, automatically the bill will reflect that! I am tired of being told the same thing over and over and nothing being done about this!!! I would definitely not recommend this company for insurance!! It has been ridiculous!!
