When I came in as an average Joe, desperately in need of someone to help me with a rush order, custom designed, engagement ring, I was expecting to be laughed off or pointed in a different direction at best. To my surprise, I was greeted by the kindest, family feeling staff, that was open minded, willing to problem solve, and charged me a more than fair price for a custom ring with a four day turnaround, before my engagement trip to Italy.
