Jamason Jamason I have been in their shop many times and I must say Mohammad and his staff are the most amazing people. They are extremely caring and nice. They are very knowledgeable and extremely fair with their pricing. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches. They do jewelry and watch repair. They have always been extremely honest and just great people. I don’t normally write a review for people honestly, except on extremely rare occasions when service is just so overwhelmingly great. They made a repair to my watch and they found out that I was a firefighter and absolutely refused to let me pay them anything for the repair. Believe me, I wanted to pay them something for their service and kindness but they absolutely refused to accept anything. If you are looking for jewelry or watches or repairs then I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you M S Jewelry

K. A. We want to highly recommend Privée Diamonds Direct in Alpharetta for custom ring design. Jonathan is amazing and so talented. My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together. With the help of Jonathan’s creative expertise and our vision the final ring came out unbelievably beautiful and absolutely perfect. Teri lavelle Horrible company. I purchased a mother of pearl necklace on line. Two weeks later I was told it had been discontinued and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It has yet to be refunded. Why would they post a necklace that has been discontinued? BUYER BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!
