Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process. We had a wonderful one on one appointment with Melissa where she showed us a few different sized diamonds and different metal types, asked us about our relationship, and really gave us a personalized and unforgettable appointment.
