Michael Schultz If I could give zero stars I would! Trust as a whole has to be the worst and taking that spot from BoA! My father passed and had a PoD for his account and I’ve had to make multiple trips in to close that account and have those funds transferred to myself and sister as the named beneficiaries. Every time I go in I’m given a different story of what I need to bring in to get this account closed and it changes. They’ve held onto my deceased fathers funds now for almost 2 months and I can’t seem to get the account closed out.
