I watched Ms. Kathy treat them with so much kindness and respect as they attempted to navigate Google translate. She never got frustrated and she never treated them with anything but the utmost respect. We all laughed together (me, Ms. Kathy, and the couple) as they tried to understand each other. I know for certain that even if they didnt understand what she was saying, they understood that they were welcomed there and that they were in good hands. She is definitely a bright light and an amazing representation of your company. It was so refreshing to have real customer service experience.
