1 /5 Navin Deochand: Avoid Agent Gorav Gandhi at all costs. This agency has shown itself to be deceptive, unprofessional, and downright unethical in their practices. Here is my experience in detail to help others avoid falling into the same trap. 1. Unauthorized Charges: Despite having my auto-renewal explicitly turned off and directly instructing Gorav Gandhi to cancel my policy, this agency charged my credit card without my permission. Their own website even shows "AGENT ASSISTED PAYMENT," which clearly indicates that someone at the agency made the payment without my consent. This is a blatant violation of trust and financial ethics. 2. Unrelated and Unprofessional Requests: To make matters worse, Gorav reached out to me personally, requesting payment for my fathers insurance policy, which has absolutely nothing to do with my account. Is it standard practice for this agency to chase down family members of their customers for payments? This is not only unprofessional but also feels like harassment. 3. Dodging Accountability: When confronted, they refuse to take responsibility, offering excuse after excuse instead of addressing their mistakes. They will do everything to avoid admitting fault or acknowledging their lack of competence. 4. Predatory Behavior: It is clear that their primary goal is to extract as much money as possible from their customers, even if it means violating ethical boundaries. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Their deceptive practices, lack of professionalism, and blatant disregard for customer trust are simply unacceptable. 5 /5 NKJ: I reached out to Gorav for my HOA Master policy insurance and had an amazing experience. Gorav and his team were very proactive in collecting necessary paper work and were quick to provide me with an initial quote and also worked patiently with me on making adjustments to the coverage as needed. I had shopped around so I knew I was getting a good quote backed by Farmers reputation. Ill not hesitate to reach out to him for all my future insurance needs.

1 /5 Mahesh Vasudevanpotti: Deceptive and Untrustworthy communications, STAY AWAY. I really hate to provide such a feedback , but i want to share the experience which made me post this review. I have been with this agent for last 3 years, though you were offered good rates, the pain come once you go for a claim. A recent important update for the homeowners about the roof coverage was not intimated at all and a time delay in holding my decision becuase of this agents advise ended up in a huge money and I believe there are other affected customers also. 1. This agent to totally not sincere in communications with the customers 2. This agent will hold back the customers to wait for some time if you are planning to start a claim. Do not listen and finally you will regret the decision and you become stupid. 3. Adjustments made on the policy will not be communicated to the customers at all and you will be expected to know that somehow by calling the insurance company directly. This agent expects we get communications directly from insurance company. No Courtesy at all. 4. This agent office will call customers only to renew your policy with them and for nothing else 5 And, finally , like all agents he works for the interest of Insuarnace companies , saving their profit and his commissions , and not for you. Do not expect courtesy, Sincerity and customer commitment from this agent. I have decided to STOP renewal from the next term with this agent. NEVER RECOMMENDED AND NEVER AGAIN to this agent.

5 /5 SRIHARI NAIDU: I was with State farm and they increased my auto and home premiums too much upon renewal and when I search of good insurance, I see Gorav and upon calling him I really felt I got the right person and my insurance costs reduced as well. I really appreciate the help of Gorav and suggestions he provided . Most of the agents asks you what coverage you need and run the numbers on that. But Gorav looks at your need and your budget and suggest the coverage and run the numbers with that. I really appreciate the work of Gorav

Gorav is easily approachable, knows his domain and would not just help you with your insurance needs but guide you as well in terms of what’s best for you.
