Amanda Stewart Shelby is awesome! I have been going back and forth for a month with progressive customer service about disputing a claim on my renewal. I finally called Insuramce Mart and after ONLY 5 MINUTES Mrs. Shelby got the whole thing corrected. She was very polite,helpful and really listened to me. Im very impressed!

Sherrie Curtis Walt has been our agent for 21 years and he and his staff have always provided great servce.

Akeel Coleman-Bridges The staff at Stalling Insurance is amazing. They always help me find the best insurance for me. Especially recently when Felix reached out to me about renewal of my insurance. Unfortunately at the time I lost my car to a total loss and he was able to fix my policy until I got a new car. The day I was in the process of getting a car he was going to be off that day but passed on my information to Whitni Ward. She was able to let me know about my policy when I told her what I need for my car. She broke it down so simple for me and up to this day she is making sure I’m getting things right and what I would be paying. I appreciate Felix and Whitni for helping me through this process especially something I didn’t expect when losing my car.

I particularly appreciate Nikki and the way that she has stayed in touch and made sure that we have been satisfied with the service we have received from our body shop for our vehicles as well as the company who has replaced our roof and damages inside of our home. She has had our backs throughout the entire process. Like many others, we experienced damage and loss during Hurricane Helene. I thank God that we have been with Kelley Lawrence for many years to take care of us in times of need. So many people lost SO MUCH MORE than we did, however, our claims were handled as if we had nothing left; timely, courteously, and with genuine gratitude that we are State Farm customers. I was never made to feel as if I was a burden or as if I did not matter. All people that I encountered through Kelleys office were extremely helpful, polite, and kind. I will continue to be a life-long customer and encourage others to do the same.

Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind. Im very pleased with Deb Hroblak and the Austin Taylor Insurance Company.

Not only did she message me quickly and after hours she answered all of my questions and had a quote for me that day!! She gave me the best quote saving me well over $2,500 a year!!
