1 /5 Nyla: I spoke to Roger this morning and I let him know it was my intention to purchase a new auto policy today using a quote I saved. I understand that the rates would have changed in some way but the down payment was out of my budget. Once I expressed to Roger that I would had to wait 2 weeks for my next check, he replied, “2 WEEKS?!” in a loud and disgusted manner. Then he try’s to get me to give him a specific time to call back, but my schedule does not allow me to have a set time to call back. Before fully expressing that I did not have a set time I could call, he hurried me off the phone and said “We’ll look out for that call bye,” and hung up immediately. I purchasing a policy helps out the agent, but that doesn’t give them right to be rude when a policy isn’t bought. Even if I do business with this company, it will NOT be with Roger.
