Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Brandi Henry I only give this rating because I have only been there like 2 times, the first time I guess was ok and things went pretty good just took a long time, the second time the lady was kind of rude and I didnt stay long i just left it was packed that day.

Angela Edwards First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.

Chris S I just left the bank, although I have been a customers for 25yrs ( Suntrust now Truist) I have only been in this bank two times. I just received great service from Lisa. I had three separate transactions to do and she took care of them right away and was very professional. Great service.
