Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Brunswick (GA)

5 /5 Angela Edwards: First of all I am not good with remembering names but me and my husband went here on Saturday, 10/5/24 to cash a check from one of our customers. We didn’t bank with this bank but the check was drawn on this bank. Being it was Saturday and 15 minutes before they closed, we prayed we could be helped without attitude and impatience of being ready to close. We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience with the teller, caucasian lady at the end, who treated us with such attention and politeness. She responded with kindness to our friendly chatter and just gave us a pleasant welcoming feeling toward us being there. She was awesome! As we were moving towards the exit door, another teller at the first window counter, african american, kindly said a few words to us as well and bidded us farewell. Both tellers exhibited excellent customer service and made us feel like we were appreciated just being there. All I can say is THANK YOU and please keep up the outstanding work because your kindness is noticed and appreciated.

1 /5 Dustin Davis: The entire staff is lazy and incompetent. They are unwilling to take even the smallest steps to help as customer. Trust the reviews. Go elsewhere. Or, better yet, dont do business with Bank of America is you liver locally

1 /5 kadin kadingren: I went into the bank today to get out 7500 to make a large purchase. The teller theme kind of confused and went to talking to someone on the side and finally a woman walked over looked at the screen with her I asked if there was something that I could help them with neither one of them said anything then the teller said were looking into things. Finally want the one woman left explain to the teller that if there are issues that the lady sitting beside her that was helping the other guests at a desk by now had been there yesterday with me and told me my funds would be available today and that I could pick them up and that I had a 4:00 appointment and Jacksonville. Did tell her was very rude to me she was a younger woman she didnt say much her posture and her gestures told it all finally she called Jamie the manager over I explained to Mr Jamie that I was in just yesterday and that he saw me and that I needed my funds because I had an appointment she seems very upset that I was explaining that to him. Finally he approved the transactionand that tell her I do not know her name because she didnt have a name tag she was a young black woman counted out 7,500 shoved it into an envelope slid under the glass and told me to have a good day like I wasnt supposed to count out my money then I felt very uncomfortable that I was sitting in a bank full of people counting out $100 bills in front of the teller and everyone else in the bank I felt very unsafe walking to my car I will never go to this tell her again when I go into the bank. Last year I went into the bank I made a withdrawal like this and a nice older lady that works there took me into a private room and let me count my money out in private before I left out of the bank. I do not understand what the issue is with Bank of America the management of Bank of America and why they would treat me that way going in there making a withdrawal when Ive been a customer if theres for the last 15 years.

5 /5 Christopher Peebles: The best customer experience I’ve ever had experienced in a bank. They made me feel welcomed and wanted. It was a very professional and personal experience! Mrs. Redding is very Exceptional and she is absolutely the Best! I needed to open a checking account and they helped me with no issues at all. Highly recommend!
