So make sure you’re leaving with the right amount of money because they OBVIOUSLY make these kind of mistakes and make the CUSTOMER responsible for them. The lady at the window was nice though.

1 /5 Jody Hamby: Got to location at 6:23 p.m. and door was unlocked so I walked in and the lady told me they was closed! Supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. Kinda sucks because I drove 45 miles to get to the location!

1 /5 hustle madness: I walked in to cash a western union money order, the lady took it out my hand looked at it and her exact words were. "I dont know where your gonna cash it at but not here ." I asked why?, she said its too old. I told her that they have an lasting date of 100 days, it says it on the back. She said well its too old for me to cash here. Now I understand if the policies of her company didnt allow cashing after a certain time frame, but be a little more professional. It takes 2 seconds to be nice and polite. Correct statement is. Im sorry after a certain time frame we cant cash out western unions so I wont be able to help you today. Would have killed the back and forth and all that energy she put into starting off rude and nasty. Those types of attitudes is what brings bad business and no customers leading to a closed down company esp. In a small city such as Thomass GA. Do better!

1 /5 Levi Primavera: Came in at 5:50 to cash a check which took less than 30 seconds. I walk in, lady shakes her head no at me and very rudely says, “you’re lucky I didn’t lock you out” I respond politely with “I can leave” she says “no”. Very rude for no reason definitely wouldn’t recommend.

3 /5 Brandi Henry: I only give this rating because I have only been there like 2 times, the first time I guess was ok and things went pretty good just took a long time, the second time the lady was kind of rude and I didnt stay long i just left it was packed that day.
