Shibby So I want to start off by giving a huge shoutout to Shay Jackson!! She is amazing!!! I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!

Israel Howell I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure were taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I havent due to the great customer service experience! The team take the motto "Like a good neighbor" to another level and treat you like family!

Chris Evans When it comes to someone I can trust as my agent Ryan is it. Im a fairly complex client with insured assets across multiple states in both property and vehicles. Ryan has been amazing to deal with when protecting our assets. Not only is Ryan a great agent, Country has been fantastic with the claims process. Ive had fender benders and multiple roofs replaced across several policies without headache on the claims process. Best yet is our rates are among the best Ive encountered. If youre looking for great service, rates, and an old-fashioned relationship centered approach to business call Ryan.

I have used her for many different types of insurance over the years. Workers Comp, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Fire Policies on investment properties, personal insurance services (home and auto) and temporary policies to cover renovation projects. Lindsay is very responsive when I need coverage on something right away or when I need proof of insurance working on commercial projects.
