5 /5 Israel Howell: I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure were taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I havent due to the great customer service experience! The team take the motto "Like a good neighbor" to another level and treat you like family!

I have to add in I just had my second great experience with this office. I had an accident and Melissa went to work! She made sure I was paid promptly, met me to retrieve my title, and gave me wisdom for my next car purchase. Just recently she found an error and went out of her way to correct it and got us a $600 refund!! And if that wasnt the cream on the cake she even reached out to the other state offices and made sure they also made the corrections! Never changing providers.
