5 /5 Bekki Horack: I am a licensed insurance agent. Generally working with other agents can be difficult because you know when they arent being completely honest or upfront with you. I can say that Michelle is 100% honest and loyal to her customers! She is a gem to work with! She is the owner agent and she is the one who provides the quotes/reviews them with you to ensure you are educated on your policy and its ins and outs. I unfortunately had to file a roof claim a month after I started my policy. Nationwide is the BEST claim process I have EVER been through. Michelle and her team made sure I understood the process, what to expect and followed up with me after my roof was replaced. They even got my policy updated with a new roof discount after the fact! I STRONGLY suggest allowing Michelle to give you a quote at the very least. You wont be disappointed with her knowledge, friendliness or customer service!
