Erwin Van Meirvenne Good experience on Applying for Auto and Renters insurance. The office has the right people on the right place. The Allstate app is user friendly and has all features you need. Today we have to file a claim, which will give us the opportunity to experience Allstate’s dealing with claims. I’ll post another review once the claim has been handled. For now 5 stars are in place. Chance Brooker Farmers Insurance has been providing for my family and I for several years now, and I can confidently say that they are a very professional, responsive, and value driven organization. They lowered our insurance bills immediately upon moving over to them, and that alone is awesome. However they have always given us very good guidance on the best plans for us insurance wise, even when it meant us not signing up for the most Packages. On top of that they’ve always been incredibly responsive and communicative in a timely matter whenever there was things that needed to be discussed or updated. Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.
