Sara was extremely helpful, first when I moved to Savannah, GA, then when my initial insurance agreement expired, and then again when just a month later I decided to purchase a brand new vehicle. She contacted me to let me know she’d be exploring cheaper options for me once my agreement expired and never has taken long to respond to my emails. (Sometimes even when they are sent far past normal business hours, which admittedly was selfish on my part) Overall Sara is a phenomenal agent and has made me feel like a VIP throughout our business relationship. I live 4 hours from Albany now, but have no desire to explore any of the local companies here.
