ROGER MFONE I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. Based on the experience I had with Alan, I encouraged some of my family members to switch to Farmers and to work directly with Alan because I know he will provide them with the same highest level of customer service that I received from him. The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.
