kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)

Chance Brooker Farmers Insurance has been providing for my family and I for several years now, and I can confidently say that they are a very professional, responsive, and value driven organization. They lowered our insurance bills immediately upon moving over to them, and that alone is awesome. However they have always given us very good guidance on the best plans for us insurance wise, even when it meant us not signing up for the most Packages.
