Lamar Elrod At a time when customer service seems to be a lost art. Harold Ramirez has repeatedly gone the extra mile. You never know how good your insurance is until you need it. I was a customer of his for 12 years and never filed a claim. Then I had 3 different times I needed to call on my agent and insurance company. I was involved in 2 accidents and my home flooded. All within 6 months. I could never say enough positive about how he helped me. Harold wasnt there as just an agent, but a friend who genuinely did all he could to help. Matthew Clark Quickest and cheapest Ive ever heard of getting a bonded title. Staff was very quick, polite and helpful. I only post reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed and I was very impressed with this service. For my bonded title they gave me all the info I needed to take back to the tag office and instructions to make it easy and the whole process from getting my officer inspection to getting my tag probably only took 2 hours for everything. They are in a great location close to Sheriffs office and tag office making it very convenient. An insurance customer came in to pay his renewal while I was there and they even seemed interested in making sure he was getting the best deal possible. If anyone you know is looking to have a bonded title or something like that I would definitely recommend that you stop in here first. They are a family business who cares about the customer and are very good at what they do. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff!

We started with our home insurance and she was able to get information to us and our lender pronto, allowing us to close in 3 weeks! We were so impressed, we went back to her for our life insurance, and she made sure we were covered just in case anything happens! Great rates, a friendly face, and just plain old nice people!
