1 /5 Bree Patrick: Customer service used to be good but is now severely lacking and they dont want to do their jobs. Save yourself the trouble and save your money as they dont want it.

1 /5 Doodle Bug: Poor customer service. Will steal money from you without consent and just make assumptions without informing customer. Save your money as they do not want it. Takes a month to get them to respond back not to mention that they never answer the phone if I could leave a 0 star review I would

5 /5 Bailey Summerour: I was almost at the point of giving up after USAA thoroughly screwed me over. As soon as I got to speak with I believe Sean? Scott?--Im sorry that I cant remember but whoever you were, you put my mind at ease as soon as we started speaking!! He made the whole process as easy & cheap as possible. I brought my car up to have a lady in the office take pics & finish my info & she was awesome as well!! Thank yall for making what I surely thought was going to be a costly headache into the easiest & most wonderful customer service experience possible!!!
