Farmers Insurance - Alan Morgan - Dallas (GA)

5 /5 ROGER MFONE: I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. Based on the experience I had with Alan, I encouraged some of my family members to switch to Farmers and to work directly with Alan because I know he will provide them with the same highest level of customer service that I received from him. Thank you Alan.

5 /5 Jordan Watson: Pleased with the service I received from Jordan Hudson. I met him in the Grocery Store and we discussed Insurance and how important it is. I stated that I didn’t have Life insurance and immediately he asked me to come in a visit him to talk about my options. It didn’t feel like a sell, Jordan actually cares to give all options that fit you, your budget and situation. I only gave 5 stars because it was the highest I could give. Definitely 10/10 and I highly recommend Jordan at Farmers Insurance.

When I went to this insurance company I was paying over $165 a month for my liability insurance, by the time Alan Morgan was done he had my policy down to $76 a month! I could not believe my ears he saved me over $1,000 a year and not just that theyre great people and very understanding people as well trust me my past has not been beautiful and thats saying something when you are going to get insurance it really makes a difference thank you Alan Morgan I would refer you to anybody.
