Chance Brooker Farmers Insurance has been providing for my family and I for several years now, and I can confidently say that they are a very professional, responsive, and value driven organization. They lowered our insurance bills immediately upon moving over to them, and that alone is awesome. However they have always given us very good guidance on the best plans for us insurance wise, even when it meant us not signing up for the most Packages. On top of that they’ve always been incredibly responsive and communicative in a timely matter whenever there was things that needed to be discussed or updated. I highly recommend Farmers Insurance for anyone who is looking for an above average experience with an insurance provider.

Yun Jang Im only sharing my doing business with them. Idky my phone is suggesting that I have been there recently. I have not. In dealing with this company, I have found it to be a great organization with great customer service. However, the rate climbed with no warning or explanation. Every month brought anxiety in preparation for the sticker shock. Not knowing what would appear after the make payment click. I have talked with several people who say the same, but with different companies. It appears to be just a pass the buck insurance thing. As if they dont already receive a premium. Prices just increase if someone has an accident in your area. Whether you knew about it or not. Its still passed on. Gone are the days of safe driver decreases. Doesnt matter. A nickel here, a dime there.
