1 /5 Rhandi Harry: Was referred to him by someone and he helped me get insurance when I needed it. Now recently I had an issue I have been emailing him to get resolved only to send over the information requested and havent been getting a response after multiple email and call attempts. Spoke with Progressive and my policy changed because the agent put that I had my vehicle over 5years when I only had it 2 and it caused my payments to increase. Started with 5 star customer service and now its 1 star. I see why my emails havent been getting answered because they knew they done what they did to get the sale at the moment knowing that when proof was needed the price was going to go up. Its fine because I am going to cancel my insurance and seek insurance else where!!

1 /5 Courtnee Young: Unresponsive, unprofessional, and dishonest—avoid at all costs Started off great—quick responses and a good price. But when my premium suddenly went up, he said to send a document, claimed he got it, yet my rate stayed high. For three months I’ve emailed, called, texted, and even showed up at his office—no response. Progressive confirmed no documents were ever added to my account. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend and will be taking my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Deborah Duncan: This company keep letting this woman name Cynthia Andrews whom I do not know nor live at my address use my address to get insurance. I reported this last month and now she is still sending mail to my address from this agency. Scammers. To let this keep happening does not matter if Allstate or Safeco its not her address.I spoke with Dramaine Smith both times. Would not recommend to anyone.

5 /5 Jason: The professionalism, response, and process went smoother than any other agent I have ever used for car insurance in the last 5years!! Not only was he able to find coverage that was needed but I was able to save close to 100 dollars more than what i was previously paying 1 month ago with another agent!! Definitely will be recommending every time insurance is mentioned to me!!

1 /5 Karen Beck: Not sure why Dramaine created two policies (one last July and the other in Nov) for the same property and charged me twice. I now have 2 polices for that one property. I asked him to remove the second policy and to credit me for the duplicate. Im still waiting for him to make those updates. Last year, I also hired him to be my accountant. Today is June 14 and he has not filed my 2022 taxes. I am active duty military currently serving unaccompanied orders overseas. He has not responded to my emails and i am very frustrated #shame #shady
