1 /5 Wkidd1970: My mom has been with them for over 30 years and never filed a claim. She has dementia and due to her failing memory we are now taking over her finances. She did not pay her premium the past couple of months. My sister called them and explained the situation but they refused to reinstate her policy. This company does not have any loyalty to a loyal customer or compassion for the elderly. Shame on you.

1 /5 J.O. Degenhardt: Canceled 3 policies in July because of poor service. It is late October and I am still getting bills for the canceled policy. Numerous emails and calls have not resolved the situation.
