From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm mommas fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. Mr. Miley is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the lowest possible rates.
