I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. She takes the right time to listen to my insurance needs each renewal year and gives me her 3 top recommendations for me to choose. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm.
