Drew Carapella HIGHLY RECOMMEND I came across this team in the process of relocating my family and my business to White county. Very quickly they were able to give me the answers I needed and line up the appropriate products, but what really caught me off guard was the professionalism and even more so, the kindness. I have been dealing with “adult life,” insurance, business etc. for a quarter of a century, and I can only think of a few times I felt this comfortable this quickly with something so important. We felt genuinely cared for! We didnt feel like they were just trying to get all of our money. We genuinely felt like they were trying to help save us money! ModelARider I have lived here for over 15 years. These folks have a very tough job yet still try to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I really appreciate the way Ive been treated whether it be for car tags or property tax. This is a poorer area and homeowner tax seems unusually high. Just remember the folks behind the counter dont choose the tax rates. They are good everyday folks who mostly live here too. Be respectful and see it for what it is.
