shauna Queen Last week life decied to rain in on me and I needed help fast! So the weekend is of course when it hit as always. I applied online to the Stockbridge location and waited for a call. I have to admit that I honestly dont trust those things at all, and really didnt expect to get a call at all but bright and early Monday morning 8:30 am I received a call from a very nice customer services person. Her name was Keisha and she was so sweet , understanding and reassuring to my problem. She had to ask some personal questions and about my money situation but I felt comfortable giving her the information and safe. Keisha was very easy to talk to knew her stuff about her company what she could do and what she couldnt do according to my request. I fortunatley for me found an answer to my money troubles and did not need the loan. But, I will tell everyone who I know that needs one to use Heights and Ms. Keisha a very positive experience and thank you so much!
