From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm mommas fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. I have never met him in person but we have grown to appreciate his commitment to his business and his clients and I feel like weve been friends for years. Matthew This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Communication is key with them! I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand. In todays world that is a rare thing. We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on.
