From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm mommas fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. I have never met him in person but we have grown to appreciate his commitment to his business and his clients and I feel like weve been friends for years. I send as many people to him as I possibly can. You wont be disappointed with Country Mutual or Richard and his team!!

Richard is such a great friend at the same time as he works with his clients!
