Since my wife and I started using Andrew as our agent, we have referred Andrew and Cornerstone to 2 of our Sons, and both of our parents. Andrew has been able to find the coverage that was what they needed for a price they could afford.

1 /5 Jason Jordan: ** BEWARE** The professionalism at this location is subpar at best. The owner Andrew is less than customer friendly to say the least. A simple question in regards to funds owed to me after I switch to a cheaper company turned into me being told that he would not repeat himself and that he was hanging up on me. No need to go into details, but this is the second time that he has portrayed subpar professionalism. My advice, should you take it, stay away from this agency and definitely stay away from Safeco. They were just as bad. I was told by the representative that deals with the agents (typically agents only) that all they can do is send a bill break down and that there isnt anyone in the company that would explain the breakdown. She specifically told me that I could only deal with the agent who was not answering my questions. I am cancelling the other 2 policies (in addition to the 2 that I moved to another company) with Safeco and going to another company. I will not give an agency who is not willing to help their customers another dime.
