Angie Bivins We shopped around looking for some relief in our insurance rates and have been very pleased with Wayne Crook and Country Financial. The rates are HANDS DOWN the best around!! Ms. Debbie is always ready, willing, and able to assist us in a moments notice either via email or by telephone with any crazy questions, policy changes, and/or updates. They are amazing at assisting in a time of crisis too. Our daughter was involved in an auto accident, and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Ms. Debbie was ON IT with Wayne assisting in this process as well and in a timely manner. They are very dependable and knowledgeable and also care about their customers. I highly recommend Wayne Crook and Country Financial!!

Jane OGorman I had worked with another Independent Agency since 1990. My wonderful, caring agent retired several years ago and the new agent was nice and efficient but I didnt feel the same connection. I was notified that the agency no longer used the provider I had for years. I discovered my provider was still in Georgia, just not with that agency. I called Dawson Insurance and spoke with Taylor. She was amazing. She was personable and efficient and walked me through all the questions I had. I felt like I had found my old agent again - someone who has my best interest in mind for insurance. Im new to state farm and she invited me to come to her office for a better experience than over the phone when I got there I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who led me to my agents office. The building was very clean and the staff was very kind. I will never forget my experience with crystal from Don Mason State Farm!!! Keep up the excellent work ladies!
